The second-smallest of the early 1974 "10s System" Super Rail sets featured the ED-75 Electric Locomotive and an oval of track with two freight cars and the uncoupling track necessary to show off the coupling abilities of the system.

The ED-75 was the second locomotive introduced for the Super Rail system and features a similar two-speed mechanical speed shifter and electrical reverser as the original D-51.
The two freight cars do feel like a nice generous inclusion for what is only the second set in the range, but I suppose the ED-75 does not have a tender taking up one of the potential car positions.
This set has a loop of B curves with three regular straight rails and an uncoupling rail included. Two directional plates and two speed-change inserts are included to control the train further.
This representative example of the System 20 set was made up of components from a 1973-make D-51 Steam Locomotive System 2 Set with the locomotive from the 1975 Super Rail Black ED-75 Set.
