The third series of Bandai's Thomas Town series was released in 2000 and included two new pieces of rolling stock, two new engines, and the first face variant to the series. I have just the trains to a set from this series, in somewhat rough condition, and with no trace of the Harold section. An archived copy of an old Japanese fansite that shows the series with its track can be found here.
Mavis with junction and straight rail with hopper. The stickers on this one are not in great shape...
Toby and Henrietta with two curves, one of which has a shed that opens to reveal a small Trevor. My Toby from this series has a rather dirty top sticker...
Thomas Town 3 Percy includes a three-exit turnaround section with a station as well as a nice van.
The Friendly Thomas Set that included a spinnable windmill also featured the first surprised Thomas face variant.
The Friendly Harold section has a little mountain with a spinning arm that lets Harold fly around it. Unfortunately, I don't have this one... and probably won't bother to track one down, to be honest.
Luckily, all these trains, including the shocked Thomas, were released in later sets, so I have some nicer examples of them.
