Bandai Pocket Fantasy Play and Clean Up Box

First written January 5, 2024

On May 16, 2009 the Bandai Pocket Fantasy Play and Clean Up Box (あそんでおかたづけボックス) was released. It is a plastic box with a track molded into the lid that can be played with alongside the included cardboard playmat and plastic bridges.

Set contents
Quantity Item Photo
1 Pocket Fantasy "Best Dressed Engine" Thomas
1 Play and Clean Up Box
1 Cardboard playboard
2 Ramp

The storage box comes with a Pocket Fantasy Thomas with banners on the side representing his appearance in the Best Dressed Engine episode. Unfortunately, I don't think I have this Thomas... if I get one some day I'll add a photo here.

The "station" is a Thomas-shaped carrying case that unfolds and reveals a neat interactive playset that fits Pocket Fantasy and Thomas Town trains. The bottom has Thomas' front molded into it.

A cardboard playboard that fits in under the case and two plastic ramps are included to play with the rail molded into the top of the case.

The case is sized to fit under the Pocket Fantasy Station which was rereleased at the same time as the Big Thomas Station. The ramp pieces can be used to connect the two opened sets together.
