J-09 Garage (1967)

The classic Plarail garage was first released in a light blue color around 1966 or 1967 with the classic orange appearing slightly later and staying in regular production for decades to come.

These garages were originally produced in Japan with production later moving to Thailand.

In the 2000s the tooling was updated to have the squared-off Tomy logo on top as well as underneath.

The garage was also produced in some set and other variations including yellow and grey.

These garages are really neat and look nice on sidings and with the Plarail turntables.
