The Talking Percy Extension Kit is a 2002 American Thomas Motorized Road & Rail accessory pack that includes a Talk 'n' Action series Percy that talks and changes speed as he runs over special trigger tracks as well as a small selection of other rail and accessories.

This pack is fairly uncommon with the box.

This Extension Kit includes the American Talk 'n Action Percy with mail van battery compartment and the newer style of Sodor Fuel tanker which is somewhat uncommon in the United States.

In addition to the talking rails, a slope rail and four slope curve rails as well as a selection of bridge girders and a pair of iron bridge sides are included to add elevation to other sets.
