The 7423 Super Deluxe Set is the largest of the initial 1998 Tomica World range and one of the largest Plarail-style sets ever produced, with two powered trains and a truck, three big interconnected loops of track, and a branching road system.

The two trains in this set are direct exports of the Plarail Furano Express and Meitetsu Blue Liner. When I bought this set used a few years ago the trains were not complete with the "Lightening Express" missing its powered chassis and the "Fun Train" missing its tail car. Both trains in my set were originally produced in June 1998 with a July 1998 sticker added later - for whatever reason, trains split across different months of production and seemingly redated when their chassis was completed or perhaps when they were actually packed into boxes are more common in the Tomica World range.
I ended up getting Japanese-market examples of both later on, which are shown running on the rest of the page. It is also nice to have the space intermediate cars for making four-car trains.
The set also includes a Motor Tomica-style Crane Truck. The chassis for the export version would read TW-05 Crane Truck. The boom arm extends and the hook is free-swinging.
This set includes both elevated road and rail sections that cross each other so there are plenty of bridges including the simple Rail Bridge sides, the double-rail-convertible Big Rail Bridge, and the road-rail Bridge Crossing as well as the export yellow Tunnel Intersection.
This set also includes some somewhat uncommon rail for export sets including both styles of Double Track Point Rail as well as several Double Track Outer Curve Rails. The elevated double track point is specially molded so that when approaching from the concave-connectored side trains go straight across but from the convex entrances incoming trains are crossed over to the other side... this lets a train run around the top level as its own loop in one direction or cross over and make a large elevated-inside-itself figure eight.
The set and its track layout are absolutely massive, and a bunch of the rail section is elevated - the automatic and manual double track points are in good places to let the trains flip around from track to track and to run multiple trains at once, and there are plenty of other switches to direct trains and the truck as well.
It is already a huge set, but the only accessories are the bridges (and their small accessory pieces, in the case of the Tomica-style ones), but a station like the City Station would have really added to the set... It probably would have gotten perfect five stars across the board
