The Thomas and Jeremy Airport Set was released in Europe in 2007 featuring a motorized Jeremy the Jet that can "fly" on elevated translucent road. Although the box shows troublesome trucks in multiple locations, the photo on the top rear of the box shows the slate wagons and slate loads actually included in the set - it seems possible that this set was based on the previous Calling All Engines - Thomas and the Airport Set that used these trucks and loads as well as having some similar components, and the trucks and the log loads were changed to differentiate it further.
In 2008 this set was reworked as the Plarail Thomas the Tank Engine and Jeremy's Airport set.

This set includes a standard Thomas and two slate cars carrying paint cans and slate. Other than the airport, these are really the only accessories in this set.
The Jeremy in this set is motorized and roughly follows the Motor Tomica standard, although he obviously has quite a wingspan. When this set was reworked for Plarail the next year the motor feature was removed.
The airport has a rail section on one side and a Motor Tomica-style road runway/tarmac section on the other. The airport building is borrowed from the Calling All Engines - Thomas and the Airport Set from 2005 but is on the new larger road and rail base. The later export version has different stickers and lacks the road stopper.
The track in this set is all squared-off logo Thailand-made track, mostly from early 2000s toolings. The road sections seem to be from new toolings after when Motor Tomica became Plaroad in 2004.
Having both Thomas and Jeremy being motorized with decent layouts for them to traverse is neat, and Jeremy looks nice zipping around. Thomas having the slate cars and supplies is also cool.
