In 2005 the Harold's Cargo Delivery Set was released in the United States as part of the American Thomas Motorized Road & Rail range featuring Percy and the Harold Cargo Delivery accessory.

The Percy in this set is the standard painted-face export style from the mid 2000s. The Troublesome Truck has the "happy" face and the mail van included with older Plarail Percys as well as the regular export Percy three-pack.
The Harold Cargo Delivery destination is a neat motorized interactive accessory that features Harold flying around a heliport and helipad. The control panel outside of the connecting track has controls for Harold's speed, height, and a button to drop any cargo Harold is currently carrying.
Also included is a helipad and two pieces of magnetic cargo. The cargo is automatically picked up when Harold's bottom gets close enough for the magnets to attract. When Harold flies around, a clicking noise plays and his rotor spins.
The track in this set is mid 2000s track with the squared-off Tomy logo in the "top".
The set is fairly small but the accessories are nice and the engine included is not Thomas, which I think makes a set a lot better because it seems like he comes in everything. This set is similar to the Japanese Thomas the Tank Engine Harold's Heliport Set.
