The Thomas the Tank Engine Harold's Heliport Set (きかんしゃトーマスとバーティーのきょうそうセット) is a Thomas-series Plarail set released on June 30, 2005. The set is a basic oval with Thomas, trucks, and the motorized "flying" Harold Cargo Delivery accessory.
The bottom of the box shows how the set can be combined with the Emily PlaKids set and other PlaKids accessories.

The Thomas in this set is a standard mid-2000s Plarail Thomas. The Troublesome Truck has the "sad" face.
The Harold Cargo Delivery destination is a neat motorized interactive accessory that features Harold flying around a heliport and helipad. The control panel outside of the connecting track has controls for Harold's speed, height, and a button to drop any cargo Harold is currently carrying.
Also included is a helipad and two pieces of magnetic cargo. The cargo is automatically picked up when Harold's bottom gets close enough for the magnets to attract. When Harold flies around, a clicking noise plays and his rotor spins.
The track in this set is mid 2000s track with the squared-off Tomy logo in the "top".
My unused copy included a mid-2000s survey card and parts order form.
Obviously the set is basic, but it includes everything necessary to play with the Harold cargo delivery accessory. The similar Harold's Cargo Delivery Set featuring the Harold accessory was released in America also in 2005.
